Whatever the case, it&#8217;s also true that many people would like to use it nevertheless. This is more of a note to myself so that I find the magic spell when I need it again. <em>Settings<\/em> \u2013 <em>Search engine<\/em> \u2013 <em>Manage search engines and site search \u2013 Site search \u2013 Add<\/em> and then Google, google.com and the mystical blurb:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code>{google:baseURL}search?q=%s&amp;{google:RLZ}{google:originalQueryForSuggestion}{google:assistedQueryStats}{google:searchFieldtrialParameter}{google:iOSSearchLanguage}{google:searchClient}{google:sourceId}{google:contextualSearchVersion}ie={inputEncoding}<\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p>After this you can make it default by clicking the three dots on the right. Can&#8217;t really tell if this is <em>the<\/em> optimal search string, but it seems to work well.
